Attracting talent is becoming a marketing initiative for many major companies

While the economy is fighting the challenges of inflation, higher interest rates, a lingering epidemic and supply chain disruptions, many businesses are still short of vital people to fill positions vital to serving their customers, fulfilling contracts, and supporting revenues and growth.

Our latest major project is development of a series of recruitment videos for Airgas National Welders. Earlier this summer Airgas’s South Division engaged Attuned to create recruitment videos for a host of positions ranging from truck drivers, plant, and lab workers to positions in sales and management training.

Airgas, an AirLiquide Company, provides medical, industrial, and specialty gases and employs more than 18,000 people. The company is remarkable for its industry leadership and the culture of empowerment, safety, and customer satisfaction that it has created.
