Meridian Place and MoRA

Meridian Place, an evolving mixed use community in Southeast Charlotte, has been developed with the input and support of neighbors, city planners, and stakeholders, and as Meridian Place has evolved so has MoRA, a flourishing community dedicated to the revitalization of Charlotte’s Monroe Road corridor. Attuned has been a part of strategic planning, community meetings, branding and creative solutions for both Meridian Place and MoRA itself, balancing and considering the motivations and objectives of the Meridian Place and the MoRA community association.  From resident and stakeholder focus group sessions to public art projects and special events, Attuned has played a fulfilling and significant role in both of these marketing initiatives.

Burt Philips and Attuned Marketing have been a key asset in MoRA’s branding, image, and messaging as we created an identity from the ground up – an identity for our organization, and for our area of Southeast Charlotte. Burt’s deep thinking helped MoRA move efficiently from idea to reality, allowing us to use minimal resources for maximum effect.
